Join us for a relaxing morning of movement, connection, and community at Cadence Clubhouse.

Start your day with a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class designed to help you stretch, reset, and recharge. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this class is welcoming to everyone.

After class, stay and enjoy a delicious brunch, connect with friends, and soak in the beautiful atmosphere at Cadence Clubhouse. Please plan to be outside unless there is incliamte weather!!

Your ticket includes:

• 60-minute guided yoga class
• Choice of mimosa or matcha
• Brunch following class
• A relaxing morning with an amazing community

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable during practice.

There will also be local vendors as well — including a permenant jewelry station!
